About Us & 1 Million Pixel Ad Sites
This site is based on the cheapest concepts of Internet Advertising today, the 1 Million Pixel Ad Site. First conceived by a student in England - Million Dollar Home Page - the idea involves creating a grid of 1 Million Pixels, divided into 10 pixel by 10 pixel squares, or 10,000 squares - then "renting" those spaces to Internet entrepreneurs, businesses, site owners, and others, interested in promoting or advertising their websites. His site was an immediate HIT, and others followed in his footsteps.
The idea of promoting a website with an inexpensive ad block or multiple ad blocks was a stroke of pure genius! It allowed website owners to get visitors to their sites for EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICES - NO pay-per-click, NO commissions, NO pay-per-view. What a breakthrough! NO $35 per day newspaper Business Card sized ads, NO $35 per 30-second radio spot ads, NO $70 per 30-second TV spot ads - just a small FLAT FEE that carried their ad, their message, their name, for from 1 to 5 years! Cheap and accessible to all, Day in, day out - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. No other advertising medium could quite compete.

Purchasing "Use Of Squares" On This Site - FAQs, Rules & Terms Of Service
Each 10 pixel by 10 pixel "square" (100 pixels) costs $1 per year ($0.01 per pixel). Only 10 pixel by 10 pixel squares (100 pixels) are available - no other configurations are offered (such as 1 pixel by 100 pixels), and NO individual pixels or fractions of squares are available. You may purchase "use" of 1 or more squares for a term of from 1 year each. Squares may be contiguous (touching each other), or not. Multiple squares may be linked to the same or to different URLs (Web addresses). Contiguous squares may be combined into a single, larger image. All squares are available on a strictly "first come, first served" basis, and you may purchase "use" of as many squares as are available. Available squares do not have an image in them. We guarantee NO squares as actually available, even if marked as such.
Each square may have ONE Image, ONE URL Link and ONE Mouse-Over Pop-Up Text Box containing up to 100 characters/spaces.
Purchasing use of 1 or more squares does not infer or imply ownership of the square's location, the page, this site, or anything else - it is merely purchasing "usage" of space for displaying images with links from this website for a fixed period of time. Squares may not be re-sold, rented or leased to other parties.
Once "published" to the Web, you may not alter either the Image(s), the Link(s), or the Mouse-Over Pop-Up Text Box content(s), unless an additional $1 per 10x10 pixel square is paid to alter any one, two or all three. Doing so shall NOT extend the duration of your agreement, so choose your information wisely, to avoid extra costs.
Once image(s), link(s), and Mouse-Over Pop-Up Text Box content(s) are accepted, payment transacted, and our work is completed, there are NO refunds, and all sales are final.
This site shall remain online until at least October 25, 2015, and likely to continue on after that, but in any case will remain online long enough to fulfill all square time usage agreements.
ALLOWED: Links to personal, family, private, hobby, special-interest, opinion & commercial websites, blogs, MLM & affiliate sites (check with your affiliate network to see if they allow 3rd party website advertising), and similar websites are acceptable.
NOT ALLOWED: This is a "family oriented" site, and we will not allow links to obscene, offensive, adult content, hate sites, illegal activities, sites that automatically download unrequested software, spyware, or programs, or any sites of this nature. We reserve the right to append this list, and in any case, our decisions are final.
Once accepted, should you (or others) change the content of your site to any content contained in the "NOT ALLOWED" category, your Link will be removed until such content is removed (with notification), with NO remedy or reimbursement for "Link downtime". The second offense of "NOT ALLOWED" material appearing on your site will result in banishment from this site, termination of all agreements, placing your square or squares back into the open market, and there will be NO refund given.
You may choose to have your Image(s), Link(s) and Mouse-Over Pop-Up Text Box content(s) deleted for free, but NOT changed, altered or replaced, without paying an additional $1 per 10x10 pixel "square". Changing/replacing Images, Links or Mouse-Over Pop-Up Text Box contents will NOT extend the time length of your original agreement. Deleted image/link squares shall live out the remainder of their time agreement, marked "R" for "Reserved", until a change/replace fee has been paid.
You may use one of our the predefined images or provide your own NON-animated, properly sized (For example: 10x10 pixels, 20x60 pixels, etc.) image file or files in either GIF or JPG format for each square, multiple non-contiguous squares, or combined contiguous squares. Images may not contain trademarked or copyrighted material or designs, unless you are authorized to use them, nor may they contain any material mentioned in the "NOT ALLOWED" section above.
Purchasers of square usage will be notified prior to their expiration date, and offered "first dibs" at renewal. At this time, you may change any or all information related to the square for FREE. When any square's usage agreement expires, those squares will immediately become available for purchase of usage by others.
We will strive to maintain this site with approximately 95% up-time. Should we experience server down-time, loss of Internet connection, etc., NO monetary compensation shall be given. The same terms shall apply to "events out of our control": Network outtages, "acts of god", "acts of war", DoS Attacks, etc. - We do NOT guarantee uniterrupted access to this site, nor uninterrupted up-time, however, we will strive to maintain both in a reasonable fashion.
These Terms Of Service may be changed/appended at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Purchasers of square usage must agree to these terms.
Privacy Policy:
Site Visitors -
We do NOT collect any personally identifiable information about visitors to this site. The only information we monitor is Page Views, Referring URLs, "Key Words", and things of this nature - nothing else - which is used internally, and not shared with anyone outside our company.
Customers -
Personal information, such as names, addresses, and e-mail addresses, collected from purchasers of square usage shall be used internally only, for the purpose of contacting/updating those people, and shall NOT be sold to other parties.
Personal information shall ONLY be given out by us if legally required to by the courts or law enforcement agencies.
